Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using www.tallahasseegaragedoorrepairs.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Description of Service
This Site is a referral and lead-generation service. We connect homeowners seeking garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services with independent, licensed local service providers. The Theriault Agency, LLC does not itself perform garage door repair or installation services — when you submit a request, your information is shared with a third-party service provider who will contact you directly to schedule and complete the work.
3. No Guarantee of Service
We make reasonable efforts to connect you with a qualified local provider, but we do not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, or timeliness of any service performed by a third-party provider. Any agreement for repair or installation services is between you and that provider directly.
4. Accuracy of Information
By submitting a request through this Site, you confirm that the contact information and service details you provide are accurate, so the service provider can reach you.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
When you opt in to our text messaging service, we may send a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel at any time.
After texting “STOP,” you’ll receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages unless you sign up again.
Participating carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Theriault Agency, LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from services performed by third-party providers connected through this Site.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
